Features
The TQR 775 features a stainless steel top ring and case and a stainless steel rotating bezel. The watch is analog with a three-hand movement and offers an ECG accurate LED heart rate display. Measuring the heart rate with the watch doesn't require a chest strap. A digital calendar with month, date, and day is featured. Time also displays in digital readout and the watch offers an alarm function. The lens is made from mineral glass and the TQR 775 is water resistant to 100 meters. The strap is made from black plastic.

In Use
Visually the TQR 775 is very attractive. It has two buttons on the left side of the case and two buttons on the right side of the case along with a knob for setting the analog time. The heart rate sensor isn't real-time; you have to press the top button on the right side to take a measurement. While holding the button down your heart rate is measured within three heartbeats.

The heart rate displays behind the analog watch face in large, easy to read, red digital numbers. The heart rate displayed by the watch was within a few beats of my pulse taken manually during testing. I have seen heart rate watches before and they typically require a chest strap be worn to be able to take the heart rate.

Wearing the watch for extended periods is comfortable and the watch is lightweight. The best thing about the watch is that you can wear it at all times and it looks like a normal watch when the heart rate monitor isn’t activated. The MSRP for the TQR 775 is $159.99 and a women's version is available as well.
