The eNcipient Lorem VOi is a case that is made from a tough outer plastic material that is form fitting and protective. Inside the back of the case is a velvet like material to keep the case from scratching up the back of the phone. The case also features an Axent ring that is interchangeable to allow the wearer to make their own color combinations when they own more than one case. The coolest feature of the case is the Drop-Catch tether that wraps around the users wrist and keeps the phone from falling.

The case is your typical looking hard plastic shell that snaps securely onto your iPhone 3G or 3G S. The case has snaps at the top and bottom and around all of the edges. The snaps are tight enough that you should not have a problem with the case opening if you drop the case hard.

Thankfully, the wrist strap will help to prevent drops (if you wear it) and works like the wrist strap on your digital camera. Guys let me just say this, the case is very feminine. I don’t think many dudes will be walking around carrying the case. The case comes in red, black, pink, and white and when the different parts are interchanged, you end up with 16 different possible color combinations.

Some of the images on the website for the case show a screen protector, but the case I am reviewing didn't come with the screen protector. I guess the protector is an option. The red felt thing inside the case is a very good idea. I have often taken my phone out of a case after it had been there for a while and found scratches all over the back where the case rubbed the back of the phone.
