Specifications In Use To test the EarPollution Timbre headphones I plugged them into my iPhone 3GS and fired up some of my favorite tunes. I was very impressed with the bass the headphones produce. The bass is impressively deep and well toned. The mid range and high range sounds are very good as well making the music very nuanced when you are listening. The headphones also have a mic on one of the cords so you can use the headset to place and receive calls while you are listing to your tunes. The mic has good sound quality and picks up your voice well. The downside is that the mic also tends to pick up lots of the noise around you. The EarPollution Timbre headphones come with three sets of ear tips. The default medium set fit me well and large and small sets are included as well. EarPollution sells the Timbre headphones for $49.99 and I can say that they are well worth the money. I have tested other sets of headphones costing much more that didn’t offer the kind of bass that the EarPollution Timbre headphones produce. I think these are my favorite set of earphones. The only downside is that the earphones are rather heavy feeling in the ears.
