Asus Eee PC 1002HA Netbook ships
Last week we already got our hands on the new Asus Eee PC 1002HA and published a review of the new redesigned Asus Eee PC 1002HA netbook. Now Asus also published an official press-release of this new elegant netbook and NewEgg and Amazon.com are shipping the 1002HA now.
The 1.2kg light and 1 inch thin 1002HA features a new chassis adorned with a brushed aluminum LCD cover and palm rest.
Features of the Asus Eee PC 1002HA include 10 inch screen, Intel Atom N270 CPU, 4200mAh, up to 4.15 hours, 1.3MP camera, 1GB RAM (upgrade to 2GB possible), up to 160GB HDD, Wi-fi and Bluetooth.

Exclusive Asus Eee 1002HA Photo Gallery
I am a big fan of the netbook, low-cost, lightweight and very portable all sounds really good to me when I am on a business trip or simply schlepping down to the local coffee shop. The godfather of the entire netbook movement is Asus who first introduced the segment with its Eee netbook. Today we have our hands on one of the earliest review samples of Asus' new Eee 1002HA netbook that is around.
I will be back soon with a full review of the machine, but for now I'll talk a bit about my early impressions of the machine and provide a full photo gallery along with size comparisons to other computers so you can get an idea how small the Eee 1002HA actually is.
The first thing you notice when you unbox the little rig is the very attractive brushed aluminum finish on the lid to the machine. The aluminum is gray in color and gives the Eee 1002HA a very sophisticated look that resists fingerprints well. Read more

ASUS Eee PC 1002HA Review
Laptop Mag already got their hands on the stylish new Asus Eee PC 1002HA, which will replace the Eee PC 1000H soon.

Asus Eee PC S101, S91, 1000HV, 1002SA and 1002HA coming
Over the weekend we reported that the various Asus Eee PCs were taking over the top 10 list of the bestselling notebooks on Amazon.com. Apparently Asus plans many more Asus Eee PC versions to swamp the market.
A leaked slide shows the roadmap of the Asus Eee PC split in three categories: Smart Casual, Pro Fashion, and Ultimate.
