MSI Wind U90 versus Asus Eee PC 904 and 905
In the last two days information about new Asus Eee PC 904 and Eee PC 905 appeared. These new Asus Eee netbooks would feature an 8.9 inch screen in the measurements of a 10 inch Asus Eee 1000 to offer a larger keyboard.
If Asus is able to release the Asus Eee 904 and 905 at an $399 price point then these models make sense. If not, why would I not go for a 10 inch screen netbook, like the MSI Wind U100, that sells for $499.

Asus Eee PC 904 and 905 in the works
According to sources at Digitimes, Asus plans new Asus Eee PC 904 and 905 netbooks.
The Asus Eee PC 904 and Eee 905 would have the same form factor as the new 10 inch Asus Eee PC 1000, but feature the smaller 8.9 inch screen known from the Eee PC 901.
The keyboard in the 904 and 905 are also bigger compared to the current 901 model.
Apparently Asus identified the smallish keyboard of the current 900 Eee series netbooks as an usability problem.

New Panasonic SL-905 thin CD Walkman with Speakers
Panasonic (Matsushita) introduces (raw translation) thin CD portable Player with attachable small speakers.
I don't know why people still would buy a portable CD player. MP3 players are so much smaller. The only advantage is that you do not have to rip CDs and upload them to the MP3 Player.
In any case if you want a CD Walkman than this new Panasonic SL-J905 is definitly a hot choice.
The player measures: 126x14.9x126.5mm and weighs 218g.
The mini speakers are powered with the integrated output of 380mW.
The CD Player features the Panasonic D.Sound system.
The Panasonic SL-J905 will be released in Japan on October 20th. No price set yet.
