I4U Review Round-up: XFX GTX 280, Logitech GT Wheel, BFG 9600 OCX
Last week we reviewed new hardware gear including the freshly announced NVIDIA GTX 280 card. Shane took a look at the XFX GTX 280 that runs at stock clock speeds. This video card now sits at the top of the performance hierarchy in the NVIDIA line.
His verdict is: "The new XFX GTX 280 is a fantastic performer and bests all but a few of the highest overclocked 9800 GX2 cards at stock GTX 280 clock speeds. XFX also bundles the card with the game Assassin’s Creed for some gaming action right out of the box. Overclocked versions of the XFX GTX 280 are coming soon and will bring even more performance. Today we are checking out the BFG 9600 GT OCX. This is one of the best performing and highest overclocked 9600 GT video cards we have tested to date.

Nvidia Geforce 9600 GSO unveiled
Ten days ago we reported about the upcoming Nvidea Geforce 9600 GSO graphics card. Now Nvidia published product pages of the new Geforce 9600 GSO.
Nvidia highlights DirectX 10, PureVideo HD support and the SLI capability of the GeForce 9600 GSO GPU. Additionally the GeForce 9600 GSO is supposed to be big on performance and easy on the wallet.

Today we are checking out another overclocked 9600 GT. This card is the ASUS EN9600GT Top. ASUS promises a 10% overclock right out of the box and provides applications to let you overclock even more.

ASUS Launches the EN9600GT Silent
ASUS announced a new version of the fantastic NVIDIA 9600 GT. The new version of the 9600 GT from ASUS is called the Silent and uses a passive cooler that produces no sound at all. ASUS uses its V-Cool Heatsink solution and ASUS says the tech will reduce GPU temperatures by 10 degrees C compared to standard reference cooling solutions.
There is a lofty claim by ASUS that not only is the solution dead silent, but performs better than the reference cooler as well. The card also features ASUS’ new SmartDoctor, which allows overclocking of the shader clock on the GPU. Read more

Today we are looking at the Foxconn 9600 GT OC video card. As the name implies this is a factory overclocked 9600 GT video card that offers good performance at a good price.
