Benchmark Reviews tested the ASUS Eee PC 1000H 160GB netbook and published a review.

Tweaktown opened up their Asus Eee PC 1000H and took a look what is inside the latest Asus Eee PC.
Quote: "Eee PC 1000H is Taiwan’s version of the latest Eee PC launched by ASUS late in 2007. Since then, like a wildfire the Eee PC revolution has burned asunder all competition before it. There is literally no other genré of PC like it. Installing Vista on Asus Eee PC 1000H
As reported yesterday, Tweaktown already got a new 10 inch Asus Eee PC 1000H in their labs. Now they have published a report about their attempt to install Windows Vista Ultimate instead of Windows XP on the Asus Eee PC 1000H - and it works well!

Asus Eee PC 1000H unboxing
Asus announced the new 10 inch Asus Eee PC 1000 at the Computex 2008. The Asus Eee PC 1000 comes as a flash and a HDD version.
Tweaktown already got their hands on an Asus Eee PC 1000H and published an unboxing video.

Asus Eee PC 1000 at Computex 2008
The Asus Eee PC 1000 and Asus Eee PC 901 have their unveiling today at the Computex 2008 in Taipei. We reported yesterday about the leaked specifications of the new 10 inch Atom based Asus Eee PC 1000, but we did not have any new photos yet.
AVing published several photos of the Asus Eee 1000 and the new Asus Eee 901 from the Asus press-event and booth.

Asus Eee PC 1000 more Details leaked
Last week we reported that the new 10 inch Asus Eee PC 1000 would already be launching in June. Back then no technical specifications were known besides the fact that the Asus Eee 1000 has a 10 inch screen. Hexus has captured a sign at the soon to open Computex 2008 Asus booth revealing the Asus Eee 1000 specifications.

Asus Eee PC 1000 already coming in June
Asus is apparently moving up the launch schedule for a 10 inch Asus Eee notebook. The Asus Eee PC 1000 is now also to be introduced in June along with the Atom based Asus Eee PC 901.
Digitimes reports that Asus feels the pressure by MSI and Acer, as they launch new Asus Eee competitors in June as well.
