Coolpix S1000pj LED Projector Equipped Camera leaked
The miniaturization of projectors is one of the coolest current tech trends. PhotoReview Australia managed to capture some information about four new Nikon Coolpix cameras. One of them, the Coolpix S1000pj, is the first digital camera with a built-in projector. NikonRumors.com has more information about the new cameras, and a photo gallery.
The first of these new cameras is the Coolpix S640, which comes with a 5x Zoom-Nikkor lens with 28mm wide angle coverage and autofocus with 12.2 megapixel resolution. This camera is based around speed, it brags a .7 second start-up time and a very short shutter-release time. The S640 has a 2.7” Clear Color Display with human face recognition and object tracking. It's expected retail price is $500.

Nikon Whips Out COOLPIX P90 Camera
Nikon has introduced several new point-and-shoot cameras this week, among them is the new Nikon P90. The P90 is a compact camera offering extended reach and wide-angle coverage. The lens has 24x zoom and covers a focal range from 26mm to 624mm.
The camera's sensor has 12.1-megapixels and ISO settings of up to ISO 6400. Sensor shift VR image stabilization is integrated to keep images sharp at ultra-high zoom levels. The rear LCD of the camera is 3-inches and can be tilted 90 degrees up and 45 degrees down. Read more

Nikon announces the new flagship model in the Nikon COOLPIX lineup with the P6000.
New features of the P6000 are inspired by Nikon digital SLR cameras enabled by a new 13.5 megapixel image sensor and a 4x Zoom-NIKKOR lens with ED lens.

Nikon & T-Mobile Team Up for Hotspot Access for the COOLPIX S51c
Nikon’s COOLPIX S51c digital camera is WiFi enabled to allow you to upload your images directly online from a hotspot with the Picture Main Button on the phone. The camera also features an 8.1-megapixel image sensor, image stabilization, 3x optical zoom and a 3-inch LCD screen.
Nikon announced today that they have made a deal with T-Mobile to allow users of the camera access to T-mobile hotspots nationwide. The free access along with the Nikon Picturetown services allows the emailing of images to friends and family with greater ease. Read more
