Tweaktown tests four ATI Radeon HD 4850 Cards in one single system.
Quote from the review: "The guys down at IBuyPower Australia can’t get rid of me these days. I’m surprised they haven’t started asking me to pay rent. The other day the ASUS P5E64 WS Evolution board arrived, and this thing just absolutely won me over as far as looks and features went.

Intel P45 versus X48 Crossfire Performance
Tweaktown takes a look at the Intel P45 versus X48 Crossfire performance.
Quote: "The other day the new GIGABYTE P45-DQ6 arrived and I was instantly intrigued by how cool it looks. The thing is, what also arrived that day was the HD 4850s. With my mind going in over drive, I thought this was the perfect time to check out what’s going on in the PCI Express slot department these days.

ATI Radeon HD 4850 In Crossfire at 4GHz
Tweaktown tested the ATI Radeon HD 4850 in Crossfire at 4GHz.
Quote from the review: "Back to IBuyPower Australia we go. We have intentions of letting the HD 4850s really shine in the 4GHz Q9650 beast that we’re becoming quite accustomed to using. Later today we will be posting our Sapphire HD 4850 review from our own testbed. For that reason we won't be going into details on the cards here. What we will do is have a quick look the setup and get straight into these benchmarks.

Tweaktown takes a closer look at the HD 3870 in Crossfire versus the new HD 3870 X2.

TechLasers Crossfire 300mW Laser Review
Today we are looking at a high power laser from TechLasers. The Crossfire 300mW laser has a green beam with enough power to be seen in the day.
The laser can burn stuff, melt plastic and more. Stargazers will find the laser works great for pointing out things in the night sky. This is no mere laser pointer, if you are looking for a laser to have fun with, read the full review here. Read more

Crossfire HD 2900 XT versus 8800 Ultra
Tweaktown compares the Crossfire HD 2900 XT with the NVidia 8800 Ultra
Quote from the review:
"
The top dog for anyone wanting to go the NVIDIA route is the 8800 Ultra, it’s a fast card but it doesn’t exactly scream performance-to-cost ratio. With pricing that starts around $600US to $700US, they’re certainly not cheap.

A Single NVIDIA 8800 GTX Kicks X1950 XTX CrossFire in the Cajhones
Supposedly one single NVIDIA 8800 GTX is faster than a pair of ATI X1950 XTX’s in CrossFire mode so sayuth The Inq. Sure you have to take things you read at The Inq with a grain of salt.
That said the sometimes accurate guys at The Inquirer are claiming that in Battlefield 2142 one single 8800 GTX can muster minimum frame rates of 100 fps at 1600x1200 with all effects on. Read more
