Cyber Monday again strongest online Sales Day
comScore, Inc. published some interesting online sales numbers for Cyber Monday and the holiday shopping season so far.
More than $13.4 billion has been spent online during the season-to-date (11/01-11/30), which is an 18% gain compared to the corresponding days last year.
Cyber Monday (11/26) is so far the highest online sales day with $733 million in sales. Actually the whole week was doing well with an overall sales volume of $4 billion.

Amazon Cyber Monday Deal: Sony PS2 Singstar Bundle $129.99
Amazon offers the recently announced special Sony PS2 Singstar bundle for $129.99 ($149.99).
Amazon is not listing any offers as Cyber Monday deals as they did for Black Friday. I'm not sure why they do not embrace this marketing born Cyber Monday sales day like Wal-mart does. The Amazon site still has Black Friday banners all over the place, not sure why they did not work the weekend to clean up the site for today.

Cyber Monday Wal-mart Deals complete List revealed
We just received the complete list of all Cyber Monday deals on Wal-mart. There are over 50 products with special Cyber Monday discounts available. Thanksgiving and Black Friday already had great deals available. If you still do not have all Christmas gifts, retailers expect you to buy them today - the supposedly biggest online shopping day.
The Wal-mart Cyber Monday deals go across mostly electronics, video games, toys, computers and jewelry categories.
The Cyber Monday deal highlights include a Xbox 360 Premium bundle for $399, TomTom One GPS Bundle. for $162 and 14" Acer notebook for $498.

Cyber Monday expected to surpass $700 Million in Online Spending
Comscore expects Cyber Monday (that s today!) to surpass $700 Million in online spending, which would make it heaviest online spending day on record.
Comscore bases this prediction on the 17% increase in online spending so far this year's holiday shopping season (November 1st - 23th). More than $9.3 billion has been spent online during the season-to-date according to Comscore.

Cyber Monday Sale starts Today on Best Buy
Tomorrow is Cyber Monday, which is supposed to be the biggest sales day for online shops. As Black Friday started on Thanksgivings Day you may have some time today to eat some of the left over turkey, or not?
Best Buy has already started their Cyber Monday sale and is making it a 2 day sales event on their online store. So the same thing that happened with Black Friday is happening with Cyber Monday as well.

Cyber Monday
Today is Cyber Monday. A term that still lives on apparently, despite its shaky origin.
First off, today is not the busiest online shopping day of the holiday season (busiest day will be between 5th and 15th of December). It is just a Monday, where people are back from a long holiday weekend. The term Cyber Monday, which was created by Shop.org (part of the National Retail Federation) just made it into the retailer marketing strategies in November of 2005.
Last year there wer not really a lot of specific deals or marketing by online retailers for the Cyber Monday. This year it seems there is more drum rolling and deals for Cyber Monday. Cyber Monday might just become a self fulfilling prophecy in the future.

Today is Cyber Monday
Cyber Monday is supposed to be the busiest online shopping day. It is the first Monday after the legendary Black Friday, which is the biggest shopping day for brick and mortar retailers.
A recent survey by shop.org says that 37% of
American consumers will use the internet connection at work to shop for Christmas gifts this holiday season.
Online retailers are supposed to offer great deals and specials today. I looked around, but could not find any unusual big advertised offer.
The offers and sales are on specific products, which are best to uncovered with price comparison engines. Amazon anyway has all Electronics on Sale and prices there are fluctuating like the stock market. So it always makes sense to check Amazon.com first for what you look for.
