Fujifilm FinePix S9600 Review
LetsGoDigital reviews the Fujifilm FinePix S9600.
Quote from the review:
"The Fujifilm FinePix S9600 leaves me with mixed feelings. The camera itself is fine and feels exceptionally solid. It really seems like a camera for the serious user. This is mainly because of the lens with the real zoom ring and the fine zoom range.

FujiFilm Finepix S5 Pro Review
LetsGoDigital got their hands on one of the first pre-production samples of the FujiFilm S5 Pro camera and published a preview/review of this new DSLR camera.
Quote from the review:
"The Fujifilm feeling can best be described as the way in which Fujifilm approaches imaging. On one hand, there's the technology of the hardware, and the way in which the image is formed internally within the camera, on the other hand there's the feeling that they have looked at the picture in more depth.
You can notice that technology and innovation from various divisions have come together to be included in the Fujifilm S5 Pro DSLR.

Super Expensive Happy Hacking Keyboard from Fujitsu PFU
I actually thought the blank keyboard was a fad and is over now, but Fujitsu just released two new very expensive hand-made Happy Hacking Keyboards in Japan.
We reported about the Happy Hacking Keyboards with blank keys the first time in May 2005. The PFU company is celebrating its 10th anniversary with a keyboard priced at 525,000 Yen (~$4,394) and a 'cheaper' model priced at 262,500 Yen (~$2,197).
I feel such a looser now, typing away on my $20 UltraX media keyboard from Logitech.

Fuji's New Camera Built For the CSI Crowd
Fuji's got a new camera out that would really help David Caruso's character on CSI: Miami (well, this and a decent combover). It's the FinePix S3 Pro UVIR, and it's actually built with the law enforcement in mind. It can take pictures in both ultraviolet and infared. It's the first DSLR camera in the world that can do this.
This would help forensic scientists in their analysis of evidence, as well as cataloging it. "Not only does it produce outstanding images, but the digital medium allows for immediate verification of a captured image. This immediacy makes evidence preservation easier and data cataloging more efficient," said the owner of a law enforcement consultancy.
