Ruyan Vegas Freestyle E-cigar for the Smoker Poser
I have never been a smoker it’s just not something that I have ever been interested in doing. On occasion when I hang out with friends they smoke, if your friends do the same and you want to join in without all that nasty cancer business Ruyan has a fake cigar for you.
The Ruyan Vegas Freestyle E-cigar is about as high tech as a cigar can get. The smoke is 6-inches long and looks like a classic cigar. It can produce a thick and supposedly flavorful vapor. The cigar uses a microchip, airflow sensor, atomizer and a liquid cartridge to produce the vapor. The Vegas e-cigar is disposable and provides 1800 mouthfuls of vapor. Pricing is unknown. Read more

Rainbow Six Vegas 2 Walkthrough Guide
OCModeShop published a walkthrough guide for the new Rainbow Six Vegas 2 game.
Quote from the Guide: "Well, it didn't take long for this series to wrap it up, after the "cliff hanger" of an ending for the last game. But to be perfectly honest, I have no clue what the story of the last game was about. Something about Irena, and then someone that betrayed us, probably Gabe. But I didn't quite see the connections in the plot, probably because I don't have the story of the first game down.

AC Schnitzer GP3.10 Gas Powered 3-Series BMW has 552hp
German car tuner AC Schnitzer jumped on the green movement and developed an interesting power tuning of a 3-series BMW using auto gas.
The AC Schnitzer GP3.10 Gas Powered 3-Series BMW runs on Liquified Petroleum Gas (LPG).
AC Schnitzer used the V10 engine of the current M5/M6 BMW cars as the bases for this project. AC Schnitzer generates 552 HP/406 kW and produces up to 540 Nm from that engine. The sprint to 100 km/h takes 4.5 seconds, and the 200 mark is passed after just 13.9 seconds.
LPG is not only cheaper than gasoline but produces around 15% less CO2 from the exhaust.

Ford GT 1/5 Scale Gas Powered 2 Cycle RC Car
Hobbytron has a new and really cool RC car on their site right now that is a massive 1/5 scale design. The nitro powered RC cars I have reviewed here previously are 1/8 scale, so this RTR H5 Ford GT is really massive.
Most RC cars that I have tested use disk brakes, but they are on the differential rather than on the wheels like a normal car. This Ford GT RC car has disk brakes on each wheel plus rather than running on nitro fuel at about $30 per gallon this car runs on unleaded gas and oil mixture that will run you in the range of $4.00 per gallon depending on your area.
That means you can go to the local gas station and get fuel for the car and mix it with oil like you do a dirt bike or weed whacker. The car comes fully assembled right out of the box and includes a rechargeable battery for the electronics on the car. Read more

Online Fuel-Finder Sites Profit From High Gas Prices
Every time I drive up to a gas station these days, I can't help but think of my grandparents commenting on how furious they were when the local stations had to update their signs and pump displays to accomodate triple-digit gas prices (i.e. $1.00+). Makes you laugh, doesn't it? However, our generation gets something they didn't have - the Internet.
You may or may not know about these, but there are sites that provide you with the best local gasoline rates, and their traffic ratings are exploding. Web references like AAA's Fuel Cost Calculator are seeing as much as 20 times as many people as they did just a few months ago.

Toshiba Gigashot GSC-R30 Review
Toshiba introduced the Gigashot GSC-R30 HDD digital camcorder at the CES 2006. Our partner Digital Trends just published a review of the 30GB Toshiba hard-drive camcorder.
Quote:
"We’ve reviewed a 2005 JVC Everio and weren’t that impressed with the video even though it and other HDD camcorders record DVD level MPEG2 quality (9 Mbps top setting).
We were mightily taken with its seven-hour capacity, something no tape- or disc- based camcorder offers.
With its 30GB drive, the Toshiba Gigashot records 6 hours and 47 minutes of MPEG2 video. It can also take thousands of 2- megapixel stills. Let’s see what tales the GSC-R30 had for us when we took it through its paces.

Samsung SDI has developed a fuel cell that can generate up to 100 watts of electricity for five hours with butane gas.
Apparently Matsushita has already shown a butane fuel cell, but Samsung plans to
commercialize theirs already in 2007.
