PS3 Gets New Greatest Hits Titles

PS3 owners are getting new Greatest Hits title to purchase at reduced prices. Like all previous Greatest Hits, titles the new games will sell for $29.99 and all will be available starting on June 16. Sony says that the second batch of Greatest Hits titles cover a wide variety of genres and are some of the PS3's bestselling titles.

To be included in the Greatest Hits catalog the games have to have sold a specific number of copies. The new offerings include Army of Two, Battlefield: Bad Company, Devil May Cry 4, Gran Turismo(R) 5 Prologue, Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots, and Ratchet & Clank(R) Future: Tools of Destruction. Sony PS3 Greatest Hits Games on Sale for $29.99

Sony announced at the E3 2008 that they will offer several of the bestselling Sony PS3 games under the Greatest Hits program for $29.99. Amazon.com has now all PS3 Greatest Hits Games on sale.

The PS3 Greatest Hits include Warhawk, Motorstorm, Resistance: Fall of Man, Call of Duty 3, EA Sports Fight Night Round 3, Need for Speed: Carbon, # Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Vegas Assassin’s Creed, # The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, and Ninja Gaiden Sigma. Read more

E3 2006 - Sony PSP Greatest Hits Coming to US

Greatest Hits games are already available in Japan for the Sony PSP. This summer Sony will bring the low priced greatest hits games to the United States.

The initial Sony PSP selection includes five titles: Ape Escape: On the Loose, ATV Offroad Fury: Blazin' Trails, Hot Shots Golf: Open Tee, Twisted Metal: Head On, and Wipeout Pure that will be available for $19.99 on July 25. Read more
