Matsushita to sell Home Hydrogen Fuel Cells via Gas Suppliers Technology News, Electronics Buy Guide and Gadget Review Matsushita (soon Panasonic) has apparently formed deals with gas suppliers in Japan to sell their home hydrogen fuel cells.

Tokyo Gas Co., Toho Gas Co. and Saibu Gas Co. are supposedly in the deal. It makes total sense for Matsushita to partner with gas companies as they use gas to generate hydrogen.

The hydrogen delivery system with dual computer processor controls the production of hydrogen on demand, and in real time, which will be inducted through the air intake manifold and blended with gasoline at a ratio of 30-40 percent hydrogen, according to Maxwell. H2GO Hydrogen Powered RC Car Technology News, Electronics Buy Guide and Gadget Review Corgi International unveiled its fuel cell powered RC car at the Nuremberg Toy Fair. The car is called the H2GO and is powered by a hydrogen fuel cell using solar power and water for power to play with the car.

Corgi says this is the first of a new line of toys to be powered by clean renewable energy. The H2GO car is made with parts from a partnership Corgi has with fuel cell maker Horizon Fuel Cell Technologies. Read more

BMW H2R - World's fastest Hydrogen Car Technology News, Electronics Buy Guide and Gadget Review The BMW H2R set nine international speed records for internal combustion powered vehicles using hydrogen as a fuel at the Miramas high-speed Proving Grounds in France.

The H2R Record Car, using a version of BMW's proven 12-cylinder 6-liter power plant, currently available in the 760i and 760Li Sedans, develops 232- horsepower using liquid hydrogen fuel. This translates into a 0 - 60 mph acceleration in under 6 seconds and a top speed of 174 mph. With flying start the BMW HR2 can reach 300km/h.
