Lenovo ThinkPad X300 Review
The test lab at our review partner Digital Trends tested the new Lenovo Thinkpad X300 and published a review.
Quote from the review: "Lenovo has released its Macbook Air “killer,” the svelte and feature laden ThinkPad X300. While Apple had to make a number of compromises on the Air to get it down to its remarkable size, Lenovo took the opposite approach and have crammed as many features as possible – including an optical drive – into the X300. It’s an expensive notebook because, unlike the Air, it comes with a solid-state 64GB hard drive standard.

Lenovo Introduces ThinkPad X300
Lenovo pulled the wraps off its new ThinkPad X300 ultraportable notebook today. Lenovo says the X300 was designed for the most demanding road warriors and is the thinnest and lightest full function notebook in its class. The X300 measures less than three-fourths of an inch at its thinnest point.
The X300 weighs only 2.9 pounds and uses a LED backlit display. "The ThinkPad X300 notebook marks a major milestone for the ThinkPad family," said Peter Hortensius, senior vice president, Notebook Business Unit, Lenovo. "ThinkPad has been pioneering notebook PC design for more than 15 years, raising the bar on innovation, and focusing on the core needs of ThinkPad users, namely quality, reliability and functionality. Our customers told us that they wanted a notebook that was amazingly thin and light, but that they still wanted their battery options, their USB ports and of course, their DVD burner. Well the waiting is over, and it's all there in the ThinkPad X300, our thinnest and lightest ThinkPad ever." Read more

Lenovo ThinkPad T61p 14.1-inch and 15.4-inch Notebooks Review
ThinkComputers tested the Lenovo ThinkPad T61p 14.1-inch and 15.4-inch Notebooks and published a review.
Quote from the review: "Back in September we took a look at the new R-Series ThinkPad the R61, now it is time for the T-Series. As we explained in the R61 review the T-Series is the pricier of the 2 ThinkPad series', as it has a more powerful processor and graphics. With ultraportables being all the rage now it is hard to pack all the power into a notebook that can be easily carried around. Lenovo is able to do that with the T61p at only 1.1-inches thick and weighing in at 5lbs, it is smaller than most mobile workstations. It is also the first widescreen
