Kumo rumored as new Name for Microsoft Live Search
Microsoft's search engine Live Search is rumored to be rebranded in 2009. LiveSide reports that the domain name Kumo.com got just transferred to Microsoft and points to an internet server at the company.
Microsoft can name their search engine whatever they want it will not help to compete with Google. Microsoft needs to dramatically offer something new to shift some users away from Google and use Kumo, Live or whatever it is called.

Bill Gates explains Live Search cashback
Microsoft announced Live Search cashback on Wednesday. We just published a video that features Bill Gates explaining why Live Search cashback is exciting followed by a demo of the cashback search service.
I already tested Live Search cashback and it really seems to give you great deals. Live Search cashback will put a lot of pressure on other price comparison services.

Microsoft hands you hard cash, if you buy a product through Live Search. Depending on the product Live Search cashback gives you 2% to 30% cash back.
To accumulate cashback you need to register an account of course.
