JVC releases under its Victor brand the XA-C210, XA-C110 and XA-C51 music players.

The top model is the XA-C210 with 2GB. Features include WMA-DRM10, MP3, AAC and Wav music file support, FM radio, stereo microphone, color OLED display with 64k colors, Line In and a 19.5 hour battery life.

SanDisk adds Wi-Fi to an MP3 player as Microsoft did with the Zune. Maybe Apple does it tomorrow to an iPod at the MacWorld 2007? It would not surprise me.

Truly FT602 MP3 Player Review

This is our 3rd review of a Truly MP3 player. The first one was back in 2004 when we reviewed the Truly MP301. In 2005 we published a MP313X Pic'n Roll review. And today we review the Truly FT602 2GB mp3 player, which sells from NewEgg for $115.99.

MP3 Player that will Send You Straight to Hell

I hear that if you play Madonna’s “Like a Prayer” on this cross shaped MP3 player you go straight to hell. At any rate despite my reservations about how ol’ JC would feel about a cross MP3 player, we’ll never know since the player is just a concept.

I could see some use for it; say you’re a school boy or girl in a catholic school. You know the nuns and priests won’t be up on the latest tech you might slip this player by unnoticed. Read more

This shopping tip is only for Paris Hilton. Amazon.com (first seen on MobileWhack) offers the TrekStor i.Beat organix Gold MP3 Player with 1GB memory for priced at a luxurious $19,999.99.

The description on the product page says it is the most expensive MP3 player. We actually reported already about a $44,000 mp3 player last year. Apparently Russian billionaire Alex Shnaider (if you follow Formula One Racing you know him as owner of the Midland team) contracted German Trekstor to design it.

The luxury mp3 player is cast in 750 gold (18 karat) and it is adorned with 63 diamonds (one-karat). Technically it is a standard Trekstor i.beat organix player.

I see some appeal in luxury mobile phones for the rich and famous than in a diamond encrusted standard mp3 player. The rich also know the benefits of the Apple iPod. I think they are more likely to spend their money on luxury mobile phones like the Vertu or the Black Diamond Phone. Read more

A Teen Dream: Tokio Hotel Maxfield MAX-SIN TOUCH MP3 Player

I am not sure how big the teen rockers Tokio Hotel are outside of Germany. In the Germany they are ultra-huge. German MP3 Maxfield announced now a Tokio Hotel branded MAX-SIN TOUCH MP3 player. It will be a hot seller, at least in Germany.

The MAX-SIN TOUCH is actually a pretty stylish and thin (7.5mm) portable music player. It has the looks of a bastard child between an iPod nano and a LG Chocolate phone.

Other features of the 1GB Maxfield MAX-SIN Touch are MP3, OGG and WMA-DRM music format support, voice recorder, SRS 3D sound and a 2 color OLED display. Read more
