Korean MobiBlu is introducing a new mp3 player in its cube series dubbed Cubisto.
The MobiBlu Cubisto measures 26x26x26mm and comes in 512MB, 1GB and 2GB configurations. MobiBlu goes back to use a monochrome .66" OLED display.
I like the design a bit better compared to the Cube 2, but still not really a big improvement over the original cube DAH-1500i.

MobiBlu Cube2 Ships
The follow-up version of the very popular MobiBlu Cube shaped mp3 player DAH-1500i is hitting stores in the United States.
MobiBlu focused to get more features into the new Cube2 / Cube 2. What i would have liked to see is a larger color OLED display that goes across the whole cube side. The little screen makes it look less cool.
The feature set is impressive for the small size: MP3, WMA (DRM) file support, PlaysForSure certified, SRS WOW HD, TruBass, 10 hour battery life, FM-Tuner and full color OLED display.
The Cube2 comes in 1GB ($99.99) and 2GB ($119.99) configurations. MobiBlu sells the Cube2 direct and also Amazon.com is offering them.

MobiBlu Boxon
It looks like we are getting a new category of portable music players soon. Photos and some information about a MobiBlu Boxon tiny mp3 player appeared. The Boxon is similar in size and shape to the recently leaked iRiver N20.
MobiBlu knows how to make small portable audio players. The new Boxon features a 1.7 inch color OLED screen, FM-Tuner and VOIP capability. It apparently only comes with 256MB memory. I assume Mobiblu will have different memory configurations when it will be released.

New MobiBlu Cube 2 Accessories: Docking Station, FM Transmitter and Speaker
The MobiBlu Cube 2 appeared a month ago. Now MobiBlu introduced three accessories for their new tiny cube mp3 player.
The Cube 2 accessories include a totally oversized docking station (photo above), a cube shaped FM Transmitter (photo below) and a cube shaped speaker (photo below).
The docking station connects via USB and charges the player. A built-in speaker can be used to listen to music.

MobiBlu Cube 2 Surfaced
A follow-up model of the world's smallest mp3 player with display DAH-1500i has been developed by Korean Mobiblu.
The new Mobiblu Cube 2 has the same measurements but features a color OLED display and new control buttons. It is a pity that the OLED screen is not big enough to cover the whole side of the cube.
The screen looks out of proportion with the big borders around it. This was ok with the original cube because the surface was mirrored and the blue text display floated in the center of the surface. Now with the color display the border is too visible.

New Mobiblu DAH-1500i Cube MP3 Player with 2GB!
The World's smallest MP3 player with display is going to be available with 2GB next week.
Wal-mart had exclusivity on the Mobiblu DAH-1500i until now: Amazon.com already listed the 2GB and other configurations of the tiny music cube.
The DAH-1500i with 2GB sells for $159.99 on Amazon.com.
I reviewed the MobiBlu DAH-1500i last August. The new 2GB model has the same features and measurements as the lower storage models.

New MobiBlu DAH-1800 Color OLED MP3 Player
MobiBlu becoming more of a household name with their their tiny cube-shaped mp3 player DAH-1500i has a new color display mp3 player dubbed DAH-1800 coming.
AVing reports that the mobiBlu DAH-1800 has a 260,00 color OLED display and features like photo viewer, text viewer and m3u playlist import from Winamp. Details are still sparse. the new mobiBlu should come already in September.

After we reviewed the JNC SSF-8000 branded Cube MP3 player, MobiBlu contacted us to review the new and only in the United States available mobiBlu DAH-1500i.
Both mp3 players are of course from Korean MobiBlu, but the MobiBlu branded DAH-1500i has some very important differences compared to the JNC SSF version that is sold in Asia and Europe.

Official Statement from MobiBlu Regarding DAH-1500 and DAH-1500i
MobiBlu, the maker of the tiny cube MP3 player MobiBlu DAH-1500/DAH-1500i sent us an email with a statement to consumers regarding the difference between the MobiBlu DAH-1500, DAH-1500i and the JNC SSF-8000 series. I already described this in the review of the JNC SSF-8002, but I agree with MobiBlu that it is important for US customers to know the details.

MobiBlu DAH-1500 Accessories
The first accessories for the MobiBlu DAH-1500 (World's smallest mp3 player) are available in Korea.
We reviewed the small cube shaped MobiBlu DAH-1500 a couple days ago.
Now Korean Aving has several hi-res photos of the MobiBlu DAH-1500 custom shells. I saw them already a couple of day ago on DAPReview.
The designs are a bit weird and some feature Peanut comic characters. Prices are supposed to be around $9.

Apple iPod shuffle Versus MobiBlu DAH-1500/JNC SSF-8100
Since we first reported about the world's smallest MP3 player in January, the MobiBlu-DAH-1500 seems to get more momentum.

MobiBlu DAH-1500 full review
The MobiBlu-DAH-1500 is mostly available under the JNC brand as SFF-8100, SFF-8005 or SFF-8002 at several online stores like FancyLogic and YesAsia.
I just received a JNC-SSF-8002 from my friends at Fancylogic for review. First thing I did was to shoot a couple of photos comparing the Apple iPod shuffle with the Mobi-Blu DAH-1500 to just demonstrate how small it is. Funny enough the width of the iPod shuffle matches exactly the edge length of the cube (24mm).

Also in regards of features the JNC-SSF series player is far superior to the Apple iPod shuffle. First of all it has a display behind a mirrored surface.
Additionally the world smallest MP3 player has an FM-Tuner the shuffle is
missing. The MobiBlu DAH-1500 also tells the time.

We reported already about the Korean MobiBlu DAH-1500 cube shaped MP3 player, which is most likely the smallest mp3 player (with display) on the planet.
Now Datum Networks Corp. Ltd. features the MobiBlu in their mp3 player portfolio under the JNC brand. And luckily the JNC SSF-8100 is sold internationally by Hong Kong World Wide Trade (hkwwt) and YesAsia. hkwwt sells the silver 1GB JNC SSF-8100 for $242.31 and yesasia charges $299.99. yesasia also sells the blue 512MB version for $239.99. New MobiBlu DVH-100 20GB Portable Media Player
Korean MobiBlu offers a new 20GB portable media player with color screen - DVH-100.
The MobiBlu DVH-100 hard drive media player measures 118x65x20mm and weighs 185g. IT features a 2.22" 320x240 pixel color TFT screen.
Besides music it also is a video and photo player supporting DivX and MPEG. The DVH-100 has AV in for direct video encoding and AV for watching video and photos on a TV. It is also features an extra USB 1.1 host interface besides a USB 2.0 device interface.
The MobiBlu DVH-100 provides superior functionality compared to the iPod Photo and is also more feature rich and smaller compared to the iRiver H320. Now the question remains, when is the DVH-100 available outside of Korea.

New World's Smallest MP3 Player: MobiBlu DAH-1500
How cute is this MP3 player cube? The new MobiBlu DAH-1500 is a tiny, tiny MP3 Player measuring only 24x24x24mm.
The MobiBlu DAH-1500 has a OLED display and sports a 20 hours playback time. It features a FM tuner and the headset plug is also the data connector. This cube style player is smaller than the iPod shuffle in Volume. I4U reader Jason K. sent us the photos and infos. Not sure where he got the information from as the MobiBlu site is not listing the DAH-1500. More photos below.
Get a new MP3 Player or a new Portable Video Player.

Mobiblu DHH-100 5GB MP3 Player Review
We reported about the MobiBlu DHH-100 5GB MP3 player the first time in July. MobileMag got their hands on one and published a review of this new 5GB MP3 Player.

Korean Music Player manufacturer MobiBlu pre-announces the DHH-100 Music Player.
The little slick 5GB MP3 player features built-in stereo speakers and a Memory Card slot. Besides having a FM tuner not much is known yet about the new MobiBlu DHH-100. Korea is the breeding ground for lots of new MP3 Player. See also our story of the new iRiver N10.
