IZI Robotics Netoy - Look Out Nabaztag!
IZI robotics shows off the 'netoy' in Korea.
The netoy is a little character (it looks a bit stupid if you ask me) that is connected to the network telling you about the weather, news and your appointments amongst other things. This sounds very similar to the Nabaztag respectively the newest version the Nabaztag/tag Wi-fi rabbit.

New Nabaztag/tag
A new version of the wi-fi rabbit Nabaztag is here. It is strangely called Nabaztag/tag. I do not want to even think of what the 3rd edition will be called, Nabaztag/tag/tag...
The original Nabaztag came from France to the US in April.
The new always on bunny learned the following new tricks:
- Voice Activation Talk to your Nabaztag/tag or give him orders.
- Voice Messages - Leave messages for yourself or a friend; engage in rabbit
to rabbit conversation!
- Ambient Noise Detection - By analyzing the sound in the room, the Nabaztag/tag
can tell if anyone is around.
- Limitless Talk Capabilities No longer bound by a 45 second limit, the
Nabaztag/tag can stream audio from the internet all day long.
- Scent Recognition The Nabaztag/tag can be trained to recognize certain
scents and take pre-determined action accordingly.
- Audio Out mini-jack plug output allows you to hook your Nabaztag/tag to
an external stereo or other component.
- WPA Encryption On top of the WEP encryption, it is also compatible with
WPA protected Wi-Fi networks.
- My.Nabaztag.com New and fully redesigned to allow for easy, quick and
more intuitive control over the rabbits functions, as well as constantly
updating content and services.

Nabaztag Wifi Bunny Now Available in the US
Think Geek is selling now the French Nabaztag Wifi smart rabbit in the US. The Wi-Fi gadget sells for $149.99 (pre-order, ships May 16th).
Nabaztag is the first smart rabbit says the company. Which is of course wrong, because Bugs Bunny is the first smart rabbit.
Still Nabaztag has some tricks up his ears. He is constantly connected to the internet and can read news and emails to you while lighting up in different colors and wiggle with his ears.
Nabaztag can be used with several service some of them like customized RSS feeds require a subscription.
If you are going to buy two Nabaztag they can marry, which means they copy each others movements and color effects. There is no word if they going have lots of little Nabaztag bunnies.
