Nokia 5800: Star Trek Edition
Huge nerds rejoice, Nokia has heard your cries of fandom and recognizes the profit potential of your vast, vast numbers. The ultra-nerdy new phone comes free when you buy a Vodafone, Orange, T-Mobile or O2 contract. The Trekkie 5800 will come loaded with screen savers, three different wallpapers, and eight ring tones. There's also a phaser application, which I'm sure will soon be bugging the hell out of audiences across the country.
There's no news now about whether or not the new phone will be available to those already on contracts, or what it will cost to purchase outside of a contract. The Star Trek 5800 will be available on 1 May 2009.
