Nokia 8800 Carbon Arte unveiled
Nokia today introduced the Nokia 8800 Carbon Arte, a new premium mobile phone in the Nokia 8800 Arte line featuring carbon fiber, titanium, polished glass and stainless steel.
The Nokia 8800 Carbon Arte features 3D patterns that express the inherent performance and luster of carbon fiber.
Also available on the Nokia 8800 Carbon Arte are soundtracks and wallpapers created exclusively for the range. The cool tap-for-time feature allows you to tap the steel surface below the display twice and a clock appears on the screen.

Nokia introduces the Nokia 8800 Sapphire Arte and Nokia 8800 Arte luxury 3G phones.
The Nokia 8800 slider has a seamless metal and glass body styling and some haptic interface tricks. Turning the phone screen-side down silences an incoming call. Tapping the steel surface under the screen makes an analog clock appear on the screen.

The new Nokia 8800 Sirocco Edition comes with sounds composed by Brian Eno.
The stainless steel case of the Sirocco Edition of the 8800 Sirocco sports an interesting organic shape and it features a scratch-resistant glass display window. This new Nokia is a status symbol rather than a high-tech wonder.
Features of the Nokia 8800 include a 2MP camera, color display with 262k colors and Brian Eno AAC sound files.

Russia's mobile market is booming like crazy. Luxury mobile phones are a very important status symbol for Russians.
In a recent TV report I saw that the Nokia 8800 is a big seller in Russia. Now Russia gets a black version of the stylish Nokia 8800. The black Nokia 8800 will be exclusive for Russia and Belarus.
Contrary to the iPod nano the Nokia 8800 is scratch resistant.
