iPhone 3G Production said to run red hot at Foxconn
We know that the demand for the iPhone 3G is huge. TechCrunch reports that their sources tell them that Foxconn is now producing 800,000 iPhone 3G units per week for Apple.
Foxconn's facilities would be running above capacity to achieve that output. Over the course of 12 months Apple would be producing 40 million iPhone 3G devices at that pace.

Sony PSP-3000 rumored to already be in Production
Rumors about a new Sony PSP console are reaching over from China. Sony is supposedly already producing the PSP-3000 console.

The new PSP-3000 would have built-in microphone, a new PS button similar to the one on the PS3 and possibly even be the long rumored PSP phone.

Star Trek inspired Warp HMS Automatic Swiss Luxury Watch
The AK Geneve HMS Automatic Warp is inspired in many ways by Star Trek. Designer Arny Kapshitzer is indeed a huge Star Trek fan, which is clearly reflected in the watch design and in the name of the watch: Warp HMS Automatic.
The unique case design uses a total of 34 screws and combined with the complicated cut glass already hints at sophisticated watch making.
Located eccentrically towards the right of the dial, a cut-away metal piece reveals the jumping hours and minutes on two superimposed discs. The seconds are displayed at 3 o'clock on a cylinder linked directly to the crown. 9 o'clock forms the tail of the spaceship.

Ricoh to install Solar and Wind powered Billboard at Times Square
Japanese company Ricoh announced to install a solar and wind powered billboard at Time Square in New York by December.
The billboard would be powered by 4 wind power generators and 45 solar cell panels.
The generated "Green" power would surpass 98 kilowatt-hours per day.

3K Computers has announced a new version if its RazorBook 400 mini-notebook computer that runs on the Windows CE operating system. The tiny notebook uses a 7-inch TFT LCD and has a full size keyboard. The system running on Windows CE retails for $299.
Storage for the small notebook is 4 GB of flash memory and like the other RazorBook 400 systems, the CE powered machine is designed to boot up in 8 seconds. 3K says the small, low-cost notebook is perfect for students or mobile professionals looking for a cheap Internet appliance. Read more

Dell has a new video chat application that is powered by SightSpeed. The Dell Video Chat program is bundled with the new Dell Studio laptops and allows people to chat via the computer and see who they are talking too.

GoDaddy Hits 30 Million Domains Registered
Web domain registrar GoDaddy announced that it has hit a milestone of 30 million domains registered. The 30 millionth domain registered with the company was RulesOfSaving.com. GoDaddy says that the 30 million number is an industry record.
According to GoDaddy it is registering, transferring or renewing domain names at the rate of one per second continuously every day. GoDaddy claims to have a 45% share of active, new domain names and is about 3 times as large as its closest competitor. Read more
