Asus EeeBox EB1501: Tiny, With A Loud Roar
Most nettops are pretty anemic devices, even for their limited duties as "kitchen PCs"/web machines/entertainment hubs. Occasionally though, one comes along that packs enough weight to be noteworthy. The Asus EeeBox EB1501 (via Gizmodo) is one such machine. It's packed to the brim with 2GB of RAM, a dual-core Atom N330 processor, a 250 GB HD, and Nvidia Ion graphics.
It also has an optical drive. While only a DVD-RW, the fact that it exists means a substantial amount of convenience in-and-of itself. The EB1501 also has 802.11n WiFi, 4 USB 2.0 ports (perhaps for USB monitors and speakers), an SD reader, and 5.1 audio. All in all, this EeeBox is a very solid desktop machine, in a very compact frame.

Logitech Unifying Receiver is Tiny
I think one of the best innovations that Logitech has ever offered on its wireless mice and keyboards is the tiny Nano receiver that plugs into the USB port of your computer. Before the Nano receivers, it was a huge pain to fight the long flash drive looking USB receivers when plugged into a notebook.
Logitech has now gone a step further with the tiny Nano receiver and announced the Unifying Receiver. The device uses the tiny Nano receiver form factor sticking out only 8mm from the USB port. That means you can plug the thing into a notebook or the front ports of a desktop computer and not worry that it will be hit or break off. Read more

Buffalo Unveils Tiny 802.11n Dongle
One thing that I hate is having a dongle that sticks out of the side of my netbook, notebook, or desktop computer. Big dongles for wireless networking or mice are especially big issues for mobile users. The further a dongle sticks out of your USB port, the more chance there is that it will get broken off.
This is one of the reasons that Logitech's Nano VX notebook mouse is so cool. If you use a notebook that doesn’t offer 802.11n Wi-Fi built-in, and you don’t want a big dongle sticking out of your computer Buffalo has a new product for you. Read more
