Palm Treo Pro Review
Our review partner Digital Trends tested the Palm Treo Pro. The current Palm phones look like tools from the stone age compared to what is coming next with the Palm Pre, but you might be still interested to see about the Treo Pro if it is worth the money.
Quote from the review: "Even though the sleek and beautiful touch-screen Palm Treo Pro is essentially a minor update of the 800W, its alluring external aesthetic make it feel like a whole new phone. Like the 800W, Palm does a superior job of putting lipstick on the Windows Mobile 6.1 swine behind the Pro's pretty face with a highly sensitive touch screen, and mapped hard keys that limit your need to actually touch the screen. The Pro offers up the now-familiar slate of Windows Mobile productivity and multimedia entertainment options, with mixed results.

Treo Pro is the first Palm phone available with Internet Explorer Mobile 6 (Windows Mobile 6.1), with options for either a mobile-optimized or desktop-like Internet browsing experience.

Palm Treo Pro Launch imminent
Last week the Palm Treo Pro was leaked. Today I got an email from one of the PR news networks with the announcement of the Palm Treo Pro, but the promised content has been removed.
Some sites have got their hands on some new official material of the Palm Treo Pro. Not sure if Palm just decided to hold off on the announcement of the Palm Treo Pro today, or if some or their PR partners jumped the gun.

While there are no images attached to the FCC report for the phone, we could assume that the phone will share all the same features as the Treo 500V released in Europe. Read more

Palm Treo 755p Review
Laptop Mag reviews the new Palm Treo 755p. The smartphone is slimmer, but still runs same old Palm OS.
Quote from the review:
"Those hoping for a breakthrough in design or software should look elsewhere or wait to see what Palm has coming next. However, the Treo 755p offers a lot of functionality without a steep learning curve and it's a little less bulky than previous models.

Palm Treo 750 Review
Digital Trends reviewed the Palm Treo 750 smartphone.
Quote from the review:
"The 750 is saddled with a bloated price: $399.99 with a two-year contract and including a $100 rebate, but $649.99 if you're not buying or extending your Cingular plan. Considering the $499/$599 pricing on the 4GB and 8GB iPhones due in June or the similarly-spec'd Samsung Blackjack at $199.99 w/contract or $499.99 w/o contract, it's hard to justify opting for the 750.

Red Blackberry Pearl and Red Treo 680 from AT&T
AT&T offers now a dark ruby-colored Blackberry Pearl and a crimson Treo 680.
Not sure why AT&T is not joining Product (RED), when they are already introducing new red phones. It is afterall a neat way to donate. The new devices are not sporting the product (RED) red, but more 'conservative' reds.
The red Blackberry Pearl is the first wireless handset to be branded for the new AT&T. As you know AT&T is getting rid of the Cingular brand. As you can see in the photo, the TREO 680 still carries the Cingular brand.
The crimson Treo 680 is initially available at select outlets and the BlackBerry Pearl at all stores nationwide.
