Sanyo Diply Talk 8GB Voice Recorder ICR-PS390RM
Sanyo announces a digital voice recorder with 8GB of built-in memory dubbed Diply Talk ICR-PS390RM.
Sanyo is able to record 1,116 hours onto the 8GB storage with their new voice recorder. Sanyo claims that this is the world's longest recording capacity, at least for a dedicated small voice recorder that might hold true.
Other features of the Sanyo PCM and MP3 recording, PCM, MP3 and WMA-DRM10 playback support, USB2.0 and line-in.

Sony ICD-UX80 and ICD-UX70 USB MP3 Voice Recorder
Sony announces two new digital voice recorder ICD-UX80 and ICD-UX70.
The new Sony ICD-UX80 and ICD-UX70 record stereo in MP3 format. You can easily transfer the recordings to a PC via the integrated USB port known from flash memory drives. On the Sony ICD-UX80 with 2GB you can record 581 hours.

New Sony USB Stick Voice Recorder ICD-U70 and ICD-U60
Sony announces a compact digital voice recorder that can be directly plugged into a USB port to transfer data.
The Sony ICD-U70 (1GB) and ICD-U60 (512MB) can also play MP3 music files and record voice in MP3. It is nice to see that Sony sticks to the MP3 format. The 1GB model can record voice over 502 hours in long play mode. In MP3 format it’s only about 17 hours. The battery in recording mode holds for about 16 hours.

New Compact Panasonic Stereo Voice Recorder RR-US900 and RR-US500
Panasonic announces in Japan two new voice recorder with stereo microphone dubbed RR-US900 and RR-US500.
Apparently the RR-US900 has the world's longest stereo voice recording capacity of 67 hours.
The new Panasonic stereo Voice recorders also feature a zoom microphone. Meaning the microphone can be aimed at a target and just record sound from a controlled area.
Panasonic bundles a voice language translation PC software to their new IC voice recorders.

Sony Visual Voice Recorder ICD-CX50

Sony introduces in Japan a Visual Voice Recorder called ICD-CX50.
The new Sony Voice recorder features a 1.3MP digital camera and a small 1.2" color LCD screen. The Sony ICD-CX50 features a lens that can be rotated. The maximum resolution is 1280x960. Photos can be visual bookmarks for voice recordings. This new interesting Sony gadget connects via USB to a PC to download voice and photos from the internal 256MB storage. Sanyo Diply Talk 5GB HDD Voice Recorder HDR-B5GM
Have a lot to say and think it is important? Get the new Sanyo Voice recorder HDR-B5GM that can record and store 693 hours on its 5GB hard-drive.
The Sanyo Diply Talk HDR-B5GM is supposedly the world's first voice recorder with built-in hard-drive. On the other hand most MP3 players can record voice too.
If the 5GB storage is not enough the Sanyo voice recorder also offers a SD Card Slot. The HDR-B5GM also works as a music player supporting MP3 and WMA file formats.
The HDD voice recorder measures 45x94x19mm and weighs 93g. Price not set yet. Teh HDR-B5GM goes on sale in March in Japan.

New White Sharp Digital Voice Recorder - PA-VR10
I for one think digital voice recorders are a going away anytime soon with every MP3 player anyway having a voice recording feature these days.
The new Sharp PA-VR10 digital voice recorders at least look very stylish, or maybe its just the iPod white color that makes it look so trendy.
The Sharp PA-VR10 has 64 MB flash memory to store a maxium of approximately 28 hours of voice recording. Goes on sale in Japan December 18th for 17,850 Yen (~$172).
