Vstone Black OX Robot on Sale Technology News, Electronics Buy Guide and Gadget Review Japanese Robot kit maker Vstone is taking order for a limited edition robot dubbed Vstone Black Ox.

The Black Ox robot measures 440mm in height, has width of 340mm and a depth of 130mm. The anime inspired robot weighs 2.5kg.
Features of the Black Ox include 22 degrees of freedom, wireless controller and LED eyes. Only 15 Black Ox robots will be available at a price of 798,000 yen (~$7,436). Read more

Vstone Robovie-i Technology News, Electronics Buy Guide and Gadget Review Japanese robot maker VStone introduced a low-priced robot kit called Robovie-i.

The Vstone Robovie-i measures 165x104x145mm and weighs about 600g.

The tiny robovie-i is able to move with only 3 motors. The robot can kind of walk (see video) and that is pretty much it. An optional remote can tell the little bugger where to go.

Vstone's robot kits are featuring usually about 20 motors and can do almost anything you want them to do. Read more

Vstone Fighting and Soccer Playing Robot Kit Technology News, Electronics Buy Guide and Gadget Review Japanese Vstone offers a professional programmable Robot Kit called Robovie-M.

The Vstone robot kit also participated successfully in the Robo One Robot Fight event.
The Robovie-M is 290mm tall and weighs 1.9kg. The autonomous robot has of course the CPU on board. It is moved by 20 servo motors. There are several videos of the Robovie-M on the Vstone product page. The moves are quite impressive.
The Vstone Robovie-M costs around $4,500. The Kondo KHR-1 Robot kit we reported about is then with $1,645.00 a real bargain. The cheap option is still the Robosapien.
