WWDC 08 Keynote Video featuring iPhone 3G
Apple has published a video of the WWDC 08 keynote of Steve Jobs, where he introdouced the iPhone 2.0 firmware, mobileMe and the iPhone 3G.
The keynote featured several developers showing their games and applications they built with the iPhone SDK. Overall the keynote is interesting to watch.

Snow Leopard is OS X 10.6 - WWDC 08
The rumored animal name for the next update of OS X was correct. Apple calls OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard.
Apple is introducing Snow Leopard to developers this afternoon at the WWDC 08.

WWDC 08 Keynote Live Blogs and Audio Streaming
Steve Jobs takes the stage at the WWDC 08 in San Francisco. Apple is video recording the event, but does not show it live. So the only way to get the news as it breaks is from live bloggers attending the Keynote.
iPhone Alley tries again to provide a live audio stream of the WWDC 08 keynote. It would be really great if it would work. You can see if it works on this page.

Apple Store is completely down before WWDC 08
One hour ago we reported that selected international online Apple stores went down for update. Now the whole Apple Store is down 90min before Steve Jobs takes the stage at the WWDC 08 to deliver his keynote.
When the Apple store goes down it is always getting exciting and new products are going to be available when it is back online.

New Apple Mac Fusion at WWDC 08?
Besides the 3G iPhone there are sure some other news Apple will announce at the WWDC 08. A new rumor appeared that suggests Apple would release a new Mac Mini type computer aimed at developers dubbed Mac Fusion.
Last October a rumor about a smaller version of the Mac mini dubbed Mac nano would be coming from Apple.

Apple Mac OS X 10.6 to be unveiled at WWDC 08?
A new rumor sprung up that Apple would give developers at the WWDC 08 next week a first build of the Mac OS X 10.6.
TUAW expects an official release of OS X 10.6 in January of 2009. OS X 10.6 would focus apparently on stability and security and not add new exciting features.

3G iPhone in Stores 10 Days after WWDC 08
Yesterday Gizmodo reported that the 3G iPhone announcement is "confirmed" for June 9th, the start of the WWDC 08.
Today InfoSync reports that they overheard at a carrier phone launch event that the Apple 3G iPhone would be in stores about ten days after Steve Jobs' keynote at the WWDC 08.

3G iPhone launch at WWDC 08 confirmed?
The guys over at Gizmodo just published a story with the headline: "iPhone 3G Launch Date Confirmed".
Giz claims they heard from sources close to the 3G iPhone launch that the new iPhone will be unveiled at the WWDC 08 and will be available world-wide right after that.

Apple WWDC 08 sold out
Apple has for the first time in history sold out their World Wide Developer conference (WWDC).
Apple Spokesperson Bill Evans told MacWorld: "The conference is now sold out. For those unable to attend WWDC, session videos will be available to purchase on iTunes shortly after the conference."

Apple WWDC 08 starts June 9th
Apple announced the details of this years WWDC ( World Wide Developers Conference 2008). The tag line for the WWDC 08 is: "A landmark event. In more ways than one."
With the iPhone 2.0 and SDK launching in June, I totally agree with the bold tagline. The iPhone SDK has already been downloaded over a 100,000 times, which indicates a strong interest in the developer community to create applications for the Mac OS phone.

Highlights of Steve Jobs Keynote at WWDC 07
Apple boss Steve Jobs revealed in gory details the Mac OS X Leopard at the WWDC 07. It looks great and will sell for an affordable $129.
Apple says that you get more than 300 inventions with this 64-bit OS X update. The highlights are the new cool desktop with stacks, Finder with music cover browser, Time Machine backup, Quick look and the new iChat.
Apple will enable 3rd party developer support on the iPhone. They do it with Web 2.0 technologies like Ajax, to keep the core of the phone save.
The 3rd interesting announcement is Apple releasing Safari 3 web browser on Windows

Steve Jobs Keynote at the Apple WWDC 07
Apple boss Steve Jobs will take the stage at the WWDC 07 developer conference in San Francisco in less than 1 hour.
Apple will show a feature complete version of Mac OS X Leopard and attendees get a copy of the beta.
If Steve Jobs will reveal something about the iPhone is just speculation.
The latest rumors include that Google is improving .Mac service (Engadget).

Steve Jobs kicks off WWDC 2007 with Keynote
Apple announced that Steve Jobs, Apple’s CEO, will kick off its Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) with a keynote address beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, June 11, 2007 at San Francisco’s Moscone West.
At WWDC, Apple plans to show developers a feature complete version of Mac OS X Leopard and give them a beta copy to take home for final testing. Leopard is scheduled to ship in October.
The iPhone launches in June, but we do not know yet on which day. Possibly the 11th, so Steve Jobs and Cingular - sorry - AT&T can use the WWDC as the stage.

Apple WWDC 06 Keynote Coverage
In less than 2 hours Steve Jobs will take the stage in San Francisco to give his keynote speech at the Apple WWDC 06.
Everybody is of course excited to learn if there are more new things than the OS X Leopard. With the options irregularities issue hanging in the air, a cool new product announcement would draw away the attention from it - at least for a while.
On the other hand, why dilute the Leopard preview and announcements?
Keynote is over. Summary:
Intel Mac Pro, Intel Xserve and Leopard preview. No new iPods, no bloody iPhone, etc.

Apple WWDC 06 will Preview Leopard, Everything else is Pure Speculation
The rumors what Apple and Steve Jobs will announce at the WWDC 06 are running hot as always in front of an Apple event: Apple iPhone, new iPods, new Intel Macs you name it.
The only thing that is known for sure is that Apple will preview the OS X Leopard update. Why for sure? Because Apple has published this in great detail on their WWDC site.
We will know more on Monday morning when Steve Jobs is holding his keynote. Arstechnica has a great BINGO card with Apple rumors that you can play during the keynote.

30'' Apple LCD Display introduced at WWDC 2004

Steve Jobs introduced a new super big 30" LCD Display at the Apple Developer Conference.
The new 30" display features a 2,560-x-1,600-pixel resolution, and works only with the Power Mac G5.
The new Apple LCD monitor requires a new NVidia GeForce graphics card in order to work that features dual-link DVI interfaces.
Price for the huge LCD Display is $3,299.
