Watchmen: Justice is Coming Game on App Store

Warner Bros. has announced that a new game for the iPhone is now available on the App Store for the iPhone and iPod Touch called Watchmen: Justice is Coming. The game is currently priced at $0.99 and is a MMO title.

The game has 3D environments and lets players play with other iPhone users in a virtual Watchmen world. The engine behind the game uses Amazon's cloud city platform. The game is set in 1970's New York City after masked advengering is outlawed and crime is rampant. Read more

The highly anticipated movie release of Watchmen draws closer. DC Comics based Watchmen will be in movie theaters starting March 6th.
Watchmen (movie site) is set in a 80s doomsday world where strange super heroes are part of the society like Rorschach, Dr. Manhattan, The Comedian, or Nite Owl II.
Watchmen is directed by Zack Snyder who also directed the huge blockbuster 300.

Watchmen Video Game coming to Xbox 360, PS3, and PC

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment will publish WATCHMEN, an episodic downloadable game based on the upcoming Warner Bros. film for the Xbox 360, Sony PS3, and Windows PC in 2009.

The supporting marketing for the Watchmen movie is in full swing. Fans can spend the time until the movie opens in March of 2009 with the Watchmen Motion Comics on iTunes. Read more
