Parrot makes lots of different Bluetooth products from earpieces to hands free kits and offers other products as well. The latest hands free kit from the manufacturer is called the Parrot Minikit Chic, and if the name didn’t tip you off that it was designed for the ladies looking for a cutesy hands free kit, the pictures sure will.

The Minikit chic is a black device with white flower designs on the face. The device has text-to-speech function and can call anyone in your address book and say the names with spoken words. All the driver has to do is say the name in the contact book of the mobile phone and the device will dial the number. Read more

Motorola surprised this week with a $2,000 Luxury phone dubbed Aura sporting a round display. And last but not least the first Google Android phone started to ship this week.

IMOVIO unveiled with the iKIT a tiny Linux computer that has the size of a cell phone.
The iKIT feature highlights include 2.8 inch color QVGA screen, Marvell PXA270 312MHz CPU, QWERTY keyboard, Wi-fi, Bluetooth, 128MB ROM, 64MB RAM (User data : 12MB, User media files : 23MB), .3MP camera and microSD slot.

Parrot Minikit Bluetooth Speaker Phone

Parrot developed a portable speaker phone dubbed Minikit that connects via Bluetooth to mobile phones.

The Parrot Minikit features DSP-2 signal processing algorithms and a two-watt speaker. It has integrated voice recognition for dialing. The battery life of this Bluetooth speaker phone is 10 hours and the stand-by time is 7 days.
Supported Bluetooth protocols are HSP 1.1, HFP 1.0 and OPP. Read more
