Refurbished Apple MacBook, Pro and Air Prices Dropped
The Apple Store informed us about several price-drops in their refurbished department. An Apple certified refurbished 15-inch MacBook Pro with 2.66Ghz Core 2 Duo, 4GB RAM and 320GB HDD can now be had for $1,599 for instance.
A refurbished MacBook with 2Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo, 2GB RAM and 160GB is available for $899.

Refurbished iPhone 3G: $49 From AT&T
Over in Europe, 3G iPhones go for as little as $1 with a contract. While we aren't quite as lucky as our foreign friends, the price of an 8GB 3G iPhone has reached an all-time low for the U.S. AT&T is selling refurbished black models of the last-generation smartphone for $49. And, as if that weren't cheap enough, they're offering free shipping.

Best Buy sells refurbished iPhone 3G for $149
Best Buy announced today that it is the first retailer to offer refreshed Apple iPhone 3G phones at store locations nationwide.
Beginning today, 350 Best Buy Mobile stores are selling the refurbished iPhone 3G at $149 for the 8GB model and $249 for the 16GB model, both require a two-year service contract. New iPhone 3Gs currently retail for $199 (8G) and $299 (16G) at Best Buy Mobile.

Deal on Refurbished Sony Universal Remote Controls
Most of the times refurbished Gadgets are not that exciting. They should be heavily discounted and not totally outdated.
We just found some Sony Universal Remotes on eCost that look like a great deal.
With the holidays upon us, chances are high people need a new unversial remote control with all the new DVD Recorders, Tivos etc.

for only $64.00. Compare that to $215.99 the Sony Unversial Remote RM-AV2100 costs new at Amazon.com.

Sony RM-AV3000 Remote Control
for $104.94. Th RM-AV3000 is actually right now on sale at Amazon.com for $119.84. So here it does not really make sense to buy refurbished.
