DoCoMo launched end of 2002 a Camera Phone that features two builtin cameras.

The product's external 110,000-pixel CCD camera, located on the backside of the phone, lets users take scenic or group photos, for example, while a second built-in camera on the inner main display enables self-portrait shots.

NTT DoCoMo introduces in March Panasonic's P2102V Video Camera Mobile Phone.

The Foma P2102V is DoCoMo's first 3G videophone handset capable of video clip e-mailing and extended stand-by time, and the first FOMA model to accept memory cards.
The FOMA P2102V can e-mail up to approx. 24-second (100 KB) video clips created with either of its two built-in cameras. (The P2102V shoots video at up to 15 frames/second.)

The P2102V boasts continuous dynamic stand-by time of approximately 180 hours and static stand-by time of approximately 250 hours.

The size is 104x50x25mm and it weighs with batteries 133g.
