Apple Having Trouble Getting iPad Content
Topic: Rumors
Apple is definitely ascendant right now, but that doesn't mean they don't have problems. The Wall Street Journal (via TechEye) reports that Apple has not yet finished their price-negotiations with content providers. The Cupertino-based company wants low cost ($1) TV episodes on iTunes to help push their tablet.
The content creators are not happy with this proposed devaluation of their products. They also seem to be worried about the fact that Flash does not work on the iPad. Disc-based games will also be storable on USB devices. Unfortunately, the disc will still need to be inside the machine for authentication.
