The Computex Taipei 2006 show is in full swing, but the new product announcements are a bit underwhelming so far.

The focus of the 2nd largest computer show always has been on components. Still there could be also exciting news in this area.
The guys from AkihabaraNews are at the Computex and published amongst other news a couple of Computex booth babe photos.

Hexus.net is also at the show and published new stories today.
One story worth mentioning is about a solar powered USB stick. Another is Acer's move to offer HD DVD notebooks.See also our reports about Viiv compatible media players from BenQ and Buffalo announced at the Computex show.
