Quno is a new Web 2.0 service that offers free, live, 24/7 support in real time from a real person on almost any computing, technology or gadget topic.

After 3 weeks, Quno has over 1,400 IT and gadget experts in over 3,500 knowledge areas, and the company is serving on average anywhere from 200-300 help sessions a day.
