Criminy, if this Samsung 17” AMOLED display was a runway model it would be force fed Ben & Jerry’s till it bulked up a bit. This thing is super thin at 1.8mm for the screen and the entire TV is a mere 12mm thick.

In addition to being thin, the display has some great stats. PC Gamers try this on for size, the response time is around 0.01ms and viewing angles are greater than 170 degrees. The display itself is so thin it looks as though the display stand will need to go on a diet. How cool would it be to have one of these mounted to the wall. With the entire thing weighing less than 8.5 pounds, assumingly with the stand attached, we might be able to even forgo the typical complicated wall mounts in favor of a simpler and easier mounting method more akin to hanging picture frames.
