Looks like Japanese Sony PS3 fanboys and girls have to start queuing in Akihabara better today than tomorrow.

Apparently Sony will sell Sony PS3 rainchecks in Japan, which entitles customers to get a PS3 from the 2nd wave of delivery early 2007. Everybody sure likes to sit on of these during the holidays.

Additionally Sony's Playstation.com shop announced not to sell Sony Playstation 3 consoles due to the limited supply situation.
