Apple’s pre-ordering customers won’t be receiving their TV streamer until sometime in mid-March based on an e-mail they received from Apple. The claim for the holdup is that Apple is having problems completing the development of the TV streamer.

Though Apple may be frustrated, British customers are less likely to care since they still can’t buy movies or music. Not to mention Apple TV is said to be selective about playing certain file formats.Maybe spending those three weeks re-encoding your video collection will help speed up things, unless Apple surprise us and move things along sooner.
