A man in Redditch, Worcestershire was arrested after two neighbors spotted him using a laptop in his car, assuming he was tapping into one of their wireless networks.

The criminal charge, apparently, is "dishonestly obtaining electronic communications services with intent to avoid payment." The man was arrested, as a formality, and quickly released with a warning.You've really got to hand it to the guy, though. It's quite a lot of commitment to go out of your way just to find a free WiFi connection, forcing you to use a computer in an uncomfortable car seat.
