AT&T possibly not subsidizing Apple iPhone

New analyst sources indicate that AT&T is possibly not subsidizing the Apple iPhone.

A couple weeks ago analysts guessed that Apple and AT&T would make mail-in rebates of $100-$150 available.

Now we are back at paying $499 for the 4GB and $599 for the 8GB Apple iPhone.AT&T will have major marketing around the iPhone launch as it wants to gain brand-awareness for the renamed Cingular wireless service.
