A rumor that Sony is working on a new smaller version of the Sony PSP has sprung up again.

The new Sony PSP is supposed to have a smaller form factor and still use UMD. Internal storage, a camera and an even better screen are supposed to be part of the highlights in the new Sony PSP. Of course nobody knows when Sony would release a new updated PSP.
