Apple has filed a patent application describing a devices like an iPod with two screens.

The devices would carry a screen on the front and one on the back side.
The larger backside screen would be touch sensitive and used for interacting with the device. The front side screen would display information and might be designed smaller. Patent drawings and more details can be found on Apple Insider.
