Apparently Evesham is getting closer to a buyout. First reports about this appeared already in June at The Register.

On July 10th The Register reported that the Evesham sale is imminent. Evesham's owner and Chairman Richard Austin confirmed talks with several interested parties. No deal has been announced yet. Hexus reports that an announcement could be still be made today.

Evesham is in business for over 23 years in the UK. The company is like a 'mini Dell' with 300 employees.
