PayPal and US Airways announced today that they have teamed up to allow the purchase of airline tickets on USairways.com via PayPal. Just like using PayPal to purchase items on eBay, buyers can fund their PayPal accounts in several ways.

US Airways Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Travis Christ said, "An important part of our ongoing project to rebuild usairways.com is to provide our customers with the payment options they've asked for, including the ability to pay via PayPal."

I have had more than one person who bought via PayPal try and rip me off by filing a bogus complaint with PayPal. PayPal then takes the money from your account, or marks your account negative until the issue is resolved. I can only imagine that US Airways will soon see why exactly so many online sellers hate PayPal.
