I own the Mio 269 GPS device since March and I am very pleased with it. I should have published a review by now, but I just did not get around it yet.
Below is a quick take on the pros and cons of the Mio 269.

Positive:
+ Integrated GPS Antenna
+ Can be used in the car and as a handheld
+ Built-in 2.5GB hard-drive stores all maps of Europe at once
+ Good 3D and 2D map modes
+ Clear Voice
+ Easy to use and fast
+ Lots of accessories: Car Window mount, external GPS antenna, pouch, etc.
Negatives:
- It can take sometimes about 5min. until it finds the satellites
- Cannot route across multiple maps stored on Hard-drive
