Verizon Wireless announced today that it was ranked number one in consumer loyalty in the wireless industry for the thirteenth consecutive quarter. Verizon based this claim on data released by the largest wireless carriers in the last three weeks.

Verizon claims it has the lowest amount of customer turnover at 1.2%. The next wireless carriers, who Verizon doesn’t name have 1.7% and 2.8% customer turnover.

One of the main competitors isn’t ranked on Verizon’s list. We can safely assume the three to be Alltel, AT&T, and Sprint. It would also be a safe bet that AT&T was the closest competitor.
