Not too long ago Nikon announced its D60 DSLR camera. Pocket-lint got its hands on one this week for a full review. The good points of the camera are the compact size, good low ISO image quality, and VR lens kit.

The bad points of the camera are noise at higher sensitivities and a small viewfinder. The verdict is that the D60 is a good replacement for the Nikon D40x and adds a great new feature in the EXPEED image processor.

One of the cooler little features on the camera is a sensor near the optical view finder that turns off the LCD when the camera is up to your eye. In all, the camera seems like a nice addition to the Nikon line.
