GE has a new 12-megapixel digital camera that is slated to launch on the HSN network on March 14th. The camera will retail at an introductory price of $199.99 including the camera, black camera case and ArcSoft software package.

Two colors will be available for the camera-- silver and deep red. The rear LCD is 2.7-inches and the camera has a 3x optical zoom lens and ISO 3200 sensitivity. Other features include blink detector and a smile detector.

The blink detector detects if the subjects eyes were closed when the image was shot and if so makes another attempt to get a good shot. The E1235 also features in-camera panorama sticking. Red-eye removal and image stabilization help ensure you get quality pictures.
