Samsung announced a new ultra-slim Bluetooth headset today called the WEP350 Bluetooth headset. The small device weighs only 7.1 grams and Samsung promises first class sound quality. The device is a canal-type earpiece and will come in black, red, or silver with chrome trim and two different rubber ear pieces. The device also has a carry case that doubles as a charger.

Samsung also announced the WEP700 headset that offers dual mics for noise cancellation and auto volume control. The small WEP350 will retail for $59.99 and is only 5.9mm thick.

The thin profile and light weight design on the WEP350 should make it very comfortable to wear. I like that style of Bluetooth headset; often you can wear the light designs without an ear holder making them more comfortable.
