iPhone redesign rumors highly unlikely this year, says report

Let the rumors come and fall like rain from the sky. This is exactly what we feel right now, while waiting for Apple to officially open its doors for WWDC 2013.

We've heard countless rumors, but a new one from the Wall Street Journal says that Apple's next-generation iPhone will not announced today, but, instead, will be revealed in the fall this year.

The WSJ adds that it the next iPhone will not be that different from the iPhone, but it will, however, come in new colors including green and gold.

Another iPhone, which will reportedly come cheap at around $350 to $400 is also expected to be announced. Apple will reportedly use plastic instead of aluminum to lessen the cost.

Meawhile, the so-called iPhone 6 will show up next year, and should sport a larger display in order to better compete with larger Android smartphones in the market.
