Justin Rose won the U.S. Open golf tournament, but Billy Horschel's Octopus Pants are what reign headlines.

The U.S. Open Golf tournament 2013 ended Sunday with a win of Justin Rose. He is the first UK player to win the U.S. Open in over 40 years. This is big news, but even bigger news are the pants Billy Horschel was wearing. His Ralph Lauren Octopus pants are all over the news. He even pre-announced his looks via Twitter and already heated up the discussion if he really is going to wear the blue pants with octopus prints during the tournament. Well he did.
